Delete your Aqari account

You can delete your Aqari account at any time. Deleting it removes your account, your profile and every listing you've published. You can do it yourself in the app in under a minute, or ask us to do it for you.

Before you delete

  • Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
  • Your listings, with their photos and videos, disappear from Aqari straight away.
  • You can create a new account with the same phone number later, but none of your old data will come back.

Delete it in the app

1Open Aqari and sign in

Sign in with the account you want to delete.

2Open Settings

Tap the Settings tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen.

3Tap "Delete Account", then confirm

It's just below "Log out". Once you confirm, your account and everything linked to it are deleted immediately, and you're signed out.

Can't use the app? Ask us instead

If you've uninstalled Aqari or can't sign in, send us a deletion request. The button below opens your email app with the message already written, addressed to aaqaaryy@gmail.com. Check it and press send.

Request account deletion

We'll use your phone number to find your account and confirm it's yours before we delete it.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done. Questions? Write to aaqaaryy@gmail.com.
