Listings

Sellers are responsible for accurate information and lawful authority to publish. Aqari may review, pause, reject, or remove content that is inaccurate, fraudulent, unsafe, or prohibited.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and descriptions you upload. By publishing a listing you grant Aqari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize and display that content in the app and in the listing itself, for as long as the listing is published. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies we are required to keep by law. You confirm that the content is yours or that you have permission to publish it, and that publishing it infringes nobody else's rights.

Moderation & reporting

Listings are reviewed before publication. Aqari has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report a listing that appears inaccurate, fraudulent, unsafe, or inappropriate, and block a seller you don't want to hear from. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these terms, and may suspend or remove the account that posted it.

Contacting sellers

Users must use phone and WhatsApp contact options lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, impersonation, spam, fraud, and attempts to collect another person's information are prohibited.

Privacy

By using Aqari, you agree to the published Privacy Policy. You can edit your information and request account deletion using the procedures described in the app and policy.

الإعلانات

يتحمل البائعون مسؤولية دقة المعلومات وامتلاك الحق القانوني في نشرها. ويجوز لعقاري مراجعة أو إيقاف أو رفض أو إزالة المحتوى غير الدقيق أو الاحتيالي أو غير الآمن أو المحظور.

المحتوى الذي تنشره

تبقى ملكية الصور والفيديوهات والأوصاف التي ترفعها لك وحدك. وبنشرك لإعلان، تمنح عقاري ترخيصًا غير حصري وغير مقيد جغرافيًا وبدون مقابل مالي لاستضافة هذا المحتوى وتخزينه وتعديل حجمه وعرضه داخل التطبيق وفي الإعلان نفسه، طوال مدة نشر الإعلان. وينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذفك للمحتوى أو لحسابك، باستثناء النسخ التي يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها. وتقر بأن هذا المحتوى ملكك أو أن لديك إذنًا بنشره، وأن نشره لا ينتهك حقوق أي طرف آخر.

المراجعة والإبلاغ

تخضع الإعلانات للمراجعة قبل نشرها. لا يتسامح عقاري مطلقًا مع المحتوى المسيء أو المستخدمين المسيئين. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن إعلان غير دقيق أو احتيالي أو غير آمن أو غير مناسب، وحظر أي بائع لا ترغب في التواصل معه. نراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة ونزيل المحتوى المخالف لهذه الشروط، وقد نعلّق الحساب الذي نشره أو نحذفه.

التواصل مع البائعين

يجب استخدام خيارات الاتصال الهاتفي وواتساب بطريقة قانونية ومحترمة. يُحظر التحرش وانتحال الشخصية والرسائل المزعجة والاحتيال ومحاولات جمع معلومات شخص آخر.

الخصوصية

باستخدام عقاري، توافق على سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة. يمكنك تعديل بياناتك وطلب حذف حسابك وفق الإجراءات الموضحة في التطبيق والسياسة.
